Because we are great admirers of the language of Molière, to avoid the overly classic «B&B» which is exclusively English, and to evoke our activity in the language of Shakespeare to better welcome our future foreign guests. We did indeed consider «Bread, Biscotte and Couette» for a while, but it resembled «BBC» too much and was a bit long.
